The ASOS 70% off sale has just shown me that I should never have broken my fashion rule about buying something that isn’t already perfect! ASOS have come out with my dream version of their fold over collar coat. I posted a review of my coat from last winter, loving the classic design and collar, but not the wide A-shape of the cut. (It looks great from the front, but puffy to the sides, like a triangle). Even though I love it to bits, it’s been sitting in my closet waiting to go to the tailors.
The new season ASOS coat with fold over collar has just gone on sale at $45 AUD down from $153, and it has the streamlined silhouette that my version from last year lacks! Very annoyed about this, and jealous of the smart girls who pick it up now and score the classic design without any tailoring hassle. Thankfully they’re not offering the same colours, because I love my coat’s navy material, but the new design comes in a gorgeous cerise and bright blue.
