My latest Topshop order has FINALLY arrived and it’s such a mixed bag! I’m saddened and a little confused by my Topshop burn out Aztec sweat jumper, £28. I love Topshop as madly as the next girl, but I think their current preoccupation with midriff tops is a bit much. Especially since their photos tend not to convey the midriffy nature of some designs.
This is the case with the burn out Aztec. This jumper is very short in length and extremely wide. I thought at first I must have got the wrong size, because this thing was like a tent on me, but it’s just the cut. Also, the fluff on the inside came off all over the top I wore underneath. Not one of my favourite Topshop purchases- it’s going back. That said, if you like the short/wide look (see my pics below- sorry they’re fuzzy, the lighting tends not to work out so well at night)- the pattern is super cute, and it’s quite comfy!
